AGGREGATE VALUE OF NOTES ON THE OFFICIAL LIST
We refer to the listing on the Official List of The International Stock Exchange of an unlimited amount of Unsubordinated profit participating notes due 31 March 2039 (the "Notes") issued by Oaktree European CLO Capital (LUX) S.a.r.l (the "Issuer").
The Issuer confirms that the aggregate value of the Notes as at 31 March 2023 was EUR125,999,677.72.
