ANNUAL REPORTS AND ACCOUNTS
Pursuant to Listing Rule 7.5.3, Motion Midco Limited, a private company limited by shares incorporated under the laws of England and Wales, issuer of the 4.50% Loan Notes due 2027 and the 6.625% Loan Notes due 2027 (the “Issuer”), wishes to announce that the annual reports and financial statements for the Issuer for the year ended 28 December 2019 are available on Companies House at https://find-and-update.company-information.service.gov.uk/company/12023992/filing-history.
The Issuer’s financial year-end results are typically reported based on a 52-week period. In certain years, an additional week is included to ensure that the reporting date stays in line with the end of December. It is expected that the audited financial statements of the Issuer will be available on Companies House on or around 30 September each year.
