Suntera (Guernsey) Limited, (formerly Carey Commercial Limited), has been a member of TISE since its inception, as Category 1 (listing agent for the Qualifying Investor Bond Market) and Category 2 (sponsor for the equity market).
As a listing agent and sponsor with TISE, we combine in-depth knowledge with deep expertise to offer a comprehensive suite of services supporting a range of entities, including investment funds, specialist securities (such as Eurobonds, special purpose vehicles, warrants and preference shares), extractive industries and trading companies on The International Stock Exchange Authority’s (TISEA) Official List.
Our dedicated listing team provide a personal and professional approach to ensure all client needs are supported throughout the listing process while our extensive track record is built on the back of long-term partnerships with brokers, onshore and offshore law firms and regulatory authorities.

We also ensure the listing rules are continuingly applied and well understood, so that clients have a full understanding of how to effectively meet their continuing listing obligations.
