AGGREGATE VALUE OF NOTES ON THE OFFICIAL LIST
We refer to the listing on the Official List of The International Stock Exchange of an unlimited amount of Mezzanine Variable Funding Notes (the "Notes") issued by PANA Finance UK PLC (the "Issuer").
The Issuer confirms that the aggregate value of the Notes as at 31 December 2024 was GBP42,966,444.07 Notes.
