GBP25,000,000 unsecured loan notes due 2024 (the "Notes") admitted on the Official List of The International Stock Exchange on 19 February 2018
The terms and conditions of the Notes have been be amended pursuant to a Deed of Amendment dated 30 June 2021 and entered into by the Issuer.
