The Issuer has submitted a request to TISEA for an extension to the filing of its annual accounts for the period ended 31 December 2019 as a result of working place disruption to the Issuer and its auditors as a result of Coronavirus/COVID-19.
The accounts are expected to be filed on or before 31 December 2020.
