Cees Vermaas, CEO of TISE, said: “I would like to congratulate Robbie and Emily on their new roles, which are going to be hugely important for the development of the business going forward. Both have been integral to our recent success and these appointments are key for us to secure longer-term growth and deliver on our ambitious strategy.”

“I would like to congratulate Robbie and Emily on their new roles, which are going to be hugely important for the development of the business going forward.”

Mr Andrade has been with the Exchange for 16 years and has stepped down as Head of Listings to take up the newly created role of COO.

As COO, whilst retaining oversight of listing services, Mr Andrade will head up a new Markets and Products Department. That department includes Isle of Man-based Carolyn Gelling, who becomes Head of Equity Markets, Dublin-based Anthony Byrne, who joined in February as Head of Bond Markets, and Kay McCarthy who, as Head of Jersey Office, maintains her focus on Member relationship management.

Mr Andrade said: “I am delighted to have been appointed COO. I have thoroughly enjoyed my many years at the Exchange and I am really looking forward to continuing to do so with this fresh challenge. I am very excited to be heading the team which is focused on building strong relationships with key stakeholders to develop our proposition as we seek to further diversify our markets and products over the coming years.”

“These appointments are key for us to secure longer-term growth and deliver on our ambitious strategy.”

Ms Humphry has more than a decade of experience working in Company Secretarial departments of financial services companies, both in London and Guernsey. She has been with TISE since July 2017 and maintains her position as Company Secretary but now from within the new role of Chief Governance Officer, where she will head up a new CEO’s Office.

Ms Humphry said: “I am very pleased to have been appointed to this new role of CGO and to be leading the new CEO’s Office, which will consolidate corporate strategy, investor relations, company secretarial and corporate support activities. It is an exciting time for the business and I am looking forward to continuing to play my role in the execution of our strategy and in doing so, deliver long term value to all our stakeholders.”
