Access to and use of www.tisegroup.com (the "Site") is provided by The International Stock Exchange Group Limited (Guernsey registered company number 57524) on the basis that you have agreed to the terms and conditions below.

The International Stock Exchange Group Limited wholly owns The Channel Islands Securities Exchange Authority Limited (Guernsey registered company number 57527), which trades as The International Stock Exchange Authority and is licensed by the Guernsey Financial Services Commission to operate an investment exchange under the Protection of Investors (Bailiwick of Guernsey) Law, 1987, as amended.

Together, these companies are the TISE Entities, both with a registered office at Helvetia Court, Block B, Third Floor, Les Echelons, St Peter Port, Guernsey, GY1 1AR.

General

  1. If there is any conflict between these terms and specific terms appearing elsewhere on the Site (including local house rules) then the latter shall prevail.
  2. If any of these terms are determined to be illegal, invalid or otherwise unenforceable by reason of the laws of any state or country in which these terms are intended to be effective, then to the extent and within the jurisdiction in which that term is illegal, invalid or unenforceable, it shall be severed and deleted from these terms and the remaining terms shall survive, remain in full force and effect and continue to be binding and enforceable.
  3. These terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Guernsey.
