The International Stock Exchange (TISE) has promoted three members of staff with effect from 1 January.
Ben Snook, Kyle Campbell and Dan Hill have all been promoted within TISE’s regulatory arm, The International Stock Exchange Authority Limited (TISEA).

Their efforts have contributed towards the growth of our business and development of our regulatory environment at TISE. This has generated changes to role profiles and responsibilities and I’m pleased we have the internal calibre to help drive our exciting journey forward. I am looking forward to working with them and the rest of the team at TISEA as we continue to build on our successes to date.”
Ben Snook has been appointed Senior Manager in the Listings Admissions Department of TISEA. He joined the Exchange in 2015 and has over 10 years’ experience in the finance sector, including having previously worked at a firm which acted as sponsor to listings on the Exchange.
Ben is also Vice-Chair of the Guernsey Investment Fund Association (GIFA) Technical Sub-Committee and a member of the Guernsey Branch Committee of the Chartered Institute for Securities and Investments (CISI). He holds a number of CISI qualifications, including the Islamic Finance Qualification (IFQ) and recently passed the International Certificate in Advanced Wealth Management: Applied Financial Advice and Management.
Kyle Campbell has been promoted to the position of Senior Analyst in the Risk, Regulation and Compliance Department of TISEA. He joined the Exchange in November 2016 having previously worked in compliance-based roles within the funds and fiduciary sectors. Kyle holds the International Diploma in Governance, Risk and Compliance, the Specialist Certificate in Corporate Governance and is a Certified General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) Practitioner.

Dan Hill has been appointed an Analyst in the Listings Admissions Department of TISEA. Dan joined the Exchange in August 2016 having graduated with a 2:1 in Sports Science from Swansea University.
He played rugby for Swansea University Rugby Club, gained representative honours for Wales Students and now is part of the successful Guernsey Raiders. Dan is currently studying towards his next CISI qualification, the Level 3 in Capital Markets.
